Leeds United fans have endured a fantastic season that has seen them surge to the top of the Championship but there is a danger that things could fall apart after Marcelo Bielsa’s suffered three consecutive defeats across all competitions.

While the January transfer window presents an opportunity for the Peacocks to bolster their ranks, fans have so far only witnessed a number of departures from the club – with Lewis Baker, Lewie Coyle, Paudie O’Connor and Conor Shaughnessy amongst those to have moves confirmed.

With Leeds’ squad already short of numbers, that is certainly a concern and another exit could be on the horizon as Caleb Ekuban told Haber61 that joining Turkish side Trabzonspor was the best decision of his career.

“This is the best decision I’ve ever made (joining Trabzonspor). I am currently on loan, but I want to continue at Trabzonspor. The club also want to keep me beyond this season. I want to stay, and I’m targeting that.”

Ekuban has scored three goals in 12 Super Lig appearances this season after managing just one in 20 appearances for Leeds last term.
