We got our Myanmar tour underway in earnest earlier today and, well, we lost.
Playing the Myanmar All-Stars we perhaps should have expected a team keen to do well and impress against us but, even so, we should have won.
Of course, adapting to the climate and what not in such a short amount of time played a factor but, regardless, you’d like to have seen even our weakened team get a result.
Ahead of the game, meanwhile, much of the talk concerned Christopher Chizoba for them – and this was the reaction to that point from Phil Hay on Twitter:
top tip from the LUTV commentator – look out for Christopher Chizoba, Nigerian striker from Shan United.

The Verdict
You know, I’d never be surprised to see us go for him all of a sudden.
Certainly, it would be a very Leeds move if we ended up taking him on with the recent history we’ve had for signings.
Hopefully, though, we’ll go for someone more proven.
