Many Leeds United fans were highly complementary towards defender Stuart Dallas as the Whites drew 1-1 with Luton Town on Tuesday evening.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side were unable to capitalise on their Fulham victory on Sunday and were held to a point by the Hatters, who sit at the foot of the Championship table.
Despite this, Leeds remain top ahead of West Bromwich Albion with a game in hand and five points ahead with five games to play.
In what was a frustrating evening overall, there was one man who took a shine to the Elland Road faithful, and that was Stuart Dallas who scored the only goal of the evening for the hosts.
Was Stuart Dallas Leeds' best player vs Luton?
Yes
No
Not only this, but he was statistically their best player on the pitch, with three tackles, five duels won, four clearances and a pass success rate of 87%, as per Sofascore.
Unsurprisingly, supporters were full of praise for Dallas and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he “always gives his all”, while others described him as the club’s “most valuable player” and a potential player of the season contender.
