Harry Wilson has signed a new deal with Liverpool and so now is the time for the Whites to strike and bring him in on loan.

Evidently, the Reds see his long-term future at the club but it would seem that a loan for him for this season would be considered and to not go after him with that in mind would be poor on our part.

Of course, we’ve been pretty slow this summer to get players in and that doesn’t bode well but we’re on an equal starting base with other clubs for this guy after his recent penning of a contract.

At the end of the day, Liverpool will want Wilson to continue develop what looks to be sizeable talent at the right club and we look ready-made for him.

He’ll play because we’ve few ahead of him in the pecking order whilst he’d be playing for a huge club where pressure is high under a top-class manager.

Few sides in the Championship offer young players what we can and it’s time we start realising that with an offer for the Welshman.
