With one minute of normal time to play, the Spaniard popped up and fired home via the post to send the visiting bench into sheer elation.

BBC reporter Adam Pope cited Hernandez’s comments about that moment, dedicating the victory to Jack Charlton, who passed away on Saturday morning.
Unsurprisingly, supporters were full of song and dance about his performance and his remarks post-match and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he “absolutely gets us” and even made one cry, while another described him as a “beautiful man”.
