Well, that was one way to silence your critics.
“There’s more goal-scoring capacity in him, considering he got into double figures last year, when it comes to goal scoring he’s had great chances as well, he should have a lot more goals to his name.”
That’s precisely what Noel Whelan had to say about him the other day about him not being enough of a goal scorer, he certainly answered the call straight away, now let’s see if he can turn that into a little bit of a run.
Is Klich in contention to be our player of the year?
Yes
No
Leeds United beat Middlesbrough 1-0 last night, with the midfielder bagging the first goal for the visitors. I said at the time of the interview that I thought it was a little harsh to call him out for a lack of goals given everything else he does for the team. However, it was just the goal he scored that got the Leeds fans excited about him, as they poured on to social media to shower him with praise after breaking the deadlock.
Klich is a machine!!!!

Great end to a sloppy half. Klich should be in the running for championship player of the year. Absolute baller. Not appreciated enough #lufc

I suppose now that he’s got a goal we can label him as an ‘all-round midfielder’, or should we wait before he gets into double figures again?
