A fairly changed Leeds United starting XI went into battle on Sunday against Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road and a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup was up for grabs.
Unfortunately for us and manager Marcelo Bielsa it became a disappointing day as we slipped to three defeats on the spin across all competitions as the hosts scored in each half to take the win, and Aapo Halme’s leveller became nothing more than a consolation.
💬 | “It was a proud moment. I’ve been here since a young age, and coming up through the Academy, it was a great moment for me and my family” @Clarke_Oduor on making his #LUFC debut today pic.twitter.com/xRb1Jtb7Tb

The performance wasn’t too bad though given the changes and we did see two debutants on the day as we keep one eye on our future prospects, and having covered the reaction elsewhere for Kun Temenuzhkov, Clarke Oduor was also given his maiden bow as a late substitute in the game.
Speaking following the fulltime whistle of his delight at his senior call, although it was a small cameo on the day, fans were taking the positives and tipped him for a big future with us.
you deserve it with how you've been standing out for the u23's. just great we've a manager who can harvest that talent. looking forward to seeing you in the first 11 again soon.
