Having picked up our first Premier League win in the game against Fulham last weekend, Leeds United had the chance to make it back to back wins and take top flight Yorkshire bragging rights for the first time in 26 years as we travelled to Bramall Lane to face Sheffield United earlier on Sunday.

It was a mixed game that definitely turned our way on chances created, but for much of it we were simply frustrated until Patrick Bamford met Jack Harrison’s cross with only two minutes remaining on the clock.

Two wins, six points from nine and a clean sheet to boot – it made for a good weekend.

Statistics website Whoscored certainly appreciated our performance on the day and their star man award went to Luke Ayling with a player rating of 8.10.
